Yun Mane
A female of the Bunong Tribe in Mondulkiri Province, Mane was the first of Cambodia's Montagnards to attain a university education.  In 2005 she earned a Bachelor of Law degree and works on behalf of her people in the UN Development Program.  She also represents highlanders whose land has been seized by outsiders, advocates in international forums for their human rights and preservation of their tropical forest resources, and recently earned a Master of Law degree.  Her education is attributable to Refugees International during Lionel Rosenblatt's tenure as President.  Mane's an extremely busy young lady and presently the only highlander in Cambodia with the education to handle the above responsibilities.  The purpose of our program is to generate many more highlanders like her.
