schools. They lost a
semester due to having to learn French since textbooks and some
lectures are in that language. |

Student Center in Phnom Penh under the 24-hour supervision of Mr.
Uth Siramaren, Site Manager & English Teacher, and Ms.
Yang Dany, Assistant Site Manager. Mr. Uth provides three levels
of
English instruction twice daily to match student availability and
Claudia Seise of the Heinrich
Boll Foundation provides ESL for all during the evening hours. |
